We care! It's as simple as that. So we've come up with three simple steps to help promote being mindful of yourself, your business, your employees, and your customers during the current COVID-19 outbreak.

Be Informed, Be Safe! The best way to do this is to stay up to date on the latest updates and factual information regarding COVID-19. Undoubtedly, at this time, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) are the best sources for this type of information. Both the CDC and WHO are official, credible resources. Following the CDC and WHO on social media platforms such as Facebook are a great way to get updates regarding Coronavirus as they are released.

Communicate! Let your customers or clients know if and how COVID-19 is affecting your business. This includes products, staff, customer service outlets, or general hours of operation. Utilize your most popular methods of communication to convey this information.

FYI’s Provide employees and clients alike with a general list of what the most popular incoming questions will be. It takes time to respond to messages via social media platforms, customers who come in person with questions, or those who call over the phone. Try to get ahead of the game and prep materials to have ready to hand out on site to limit disruptions. Additionally, consider sending out an e-newsletter or mass email to clients with the same information. Last, you may want to provide this information on a blip on your website too.

Last but certainly not least.. stay mindful of those around you in any setting, public or private. This can be done by simple gestures such as coughing into your sleeve and regularly washing your hands. Other precautionary methods suggested to avoid getting or spreading the Coronavirus include using hand sanitizer, limiting touching your face, and staying home if possible when you feel ill.
